Compassion is the learned practice of empathizing with others as they face struggles and suffering in their lives and treating them with loving kindness.
Co-dependency is characterized by the act of sacrificing one’s own needs to solve another’s problems or ease their pain. We will discuss how God calls us to compassion, and we will learn to identify patterns of codependency in our own lives and how to move from codependent giving to compassionate living.
