Join us for a day of Mindfulness Meditation Practice. Mindfulness is a practice
that helps us pay attention to the present moment. Drawing from the insights of
Thich Nhat Hanh and Meister Eckhart, we will explore the benefits of Mindfulness
for reducing stress and the clutter of our minds. Come and experience the joy
