Sr. Kathleen Osbelt OSF is a member of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Neumann Communities and has lived in their Hermitage in Fayetteville, New York for over twenty-two years, since André Cirino OFM assisted in formatting the hermitage lifestyle around the Document on Solitude. Kathleen has also led pilgrimages to Assisi and Rome through the Franciscan Pilgrimage Programs and has been a presenter of the Franciscan Charism and Mission to corporate leaders, religious communities, and retreat attendees. Her studies include degrees from Marywood College, Boston College and course work at the Franciscan Institute in Canterbury, England. She has completed advanced training for certification in chaplaincy and spiritual direction. Kathleen presently lives in Syracuse, NY and is the Director of Mission Outreach for Francis House, two homes for those who are at end-of-life.
