Join us for a day of Mindfulness Meditation Practice. Mindfulness is a practice that helps us pay attention to the present moment. Drawing from the insights of George Ivanovich Gurdjieff and Mechtild of Magdaburg, a Benedictine nun, we will explore the benefits of Mindfulness for reducing stress adn the clutter of our minds.
