Stress and challenges are a part of most of our lives. How can we respond in ways that are helpful to ourselves and those around us? Using both our heads and our hearts, we can change how we see the struggle. In this daylong retreat, we will explore ways to tap into the amazing power of practicing gratitude and acceptance as responses to stressors.  The day will include large- and small-group time as well as opportunities for spiritual exploration, including meditation and a labyrinth walk. Come discover the possibilities of living a grateful and accepting life. Investment: $65, includes lunch.
