Vic Doucette – Presenter
Vic will lead us into a reflection on Non-violence through a Franciscan Perspective. This interactive program will focus on the spirituality of Non-violence. We will discuss St. Francis’ Canticle of Creatures and his vision of peacemaking as well as the recent Catholic Non-Violence Initiative and it’s challenge to the Church to living the Gospel of Just Peace.
Finally we will consider what we can do to embrace non-violence through the practice of pardoning, reconciliation and compassion in all of our personal and communal relationships.
