In this lecture\, Sister Sarah Kohles\, OSF explores how the Franciscan charism takes root within a small\, liberal arts university — not through rigid structures\, but through responsive\, relational\, and mission-driven practices. \n\n\n\nDrawing on real questions that arise in campus life\, she reflects on how a community might articulate its Franciscan identity\, weave Franciscan values into the general education curriculum\, and empower a Franciscan Mission Team to cultivate the tradition across the university.
