Loneliness: The New Pandemic (Hybrid; Partner Event)

Loneliness touches every life at some point, yet it can be difficult to name, understand, or address. This session explores what loneliness is, how it shows up in our bodies and behaviors, and how social isolation relates to the experience of being lonely. Participants will learn signs and symptoms to watch for, along with practical ways caregivers and health-care professionals can walk alongside those who are struggling and help connect them with appropriate support.
