Take a sacred pause in the middle of your day. This three-part online lunchtime retreat celebrates the 800th anniversary of St. Francis of Assisi’s Canticle of Creation, inviting participants to reflect on its deeper meaning as a Eucharistic prayer. Inspired by Fr. Anthony Carozzo, OFM’s reflection The Canticle of Creation: Unravelling our Eucharistic Identity, the retreat explores how St. Francis’ hymn calls us into deeper relationship with God, one another, and all of creation.
Each session includes guided reflections, interactive sharing, and practical exercises to help you live the Canticle’s message in your daily life. Whether you’re joining from home or work, bring your lunch and let your soul be nourished.
Fr. Michael Reyes, OFM—a Franciscan friar, artist, and retreat leader—will guide the experience. His unique background in ministry, theology, and the arts brings a rich perspective to this spiritual journey.
