Immersed in Living Water – Season of Creation Prayer Service (In-Person; Partner Event)

Gather your friends and join the Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help for an evening prayer service celebrating the 2026 Season of Creation. The Season of Creation is an annual ecumenical time of prayer and action to nurture and protect God’s Creation, observed from September 1 (World Day of Prayer for the Care of Creation) through October 4 (the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi).
We will meet during the golden hour at Walker Lake in Kirkwood Park (111 S Geyer Rd, Kirkwood, MO 63122). The theme for this year’s prayer service is Immersed in Living Water. All participants are invited to bring a refillable, reusable water bottle filled with tap water to join in simple rituals during the service.
