Gather with the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart for a Blessing of Pets and Gifts of Creation at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, 2024. The event will be held outside in front of the Motherhouse lobby at St. Francis Woods, 9201 W. St. Francis Road, Frankfort. Pets of all kinds (on a leash or in a carrier) are welcome. Attendees can also bring special plants, seeds, stones, seashells and any item made from Earth’s resources that they would like blessed.
