Blessing of Pets and Gifts of Creation – Hosted by the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Heart
Join the Franciscan Sisters in Frankfort, IL on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at 1:00pm for an outdoor Blessing of Pets and Gifts of Creation. Held in front of the Motherhouse lobby at St. Francis Woods, this event invites all to bring pets (on a leash or in a carrier), as well as meaningful items from nature—plants, seeds, stones, seashells—for a special blessing.
Guests are welcome to stroll the grounds before and after the event.
