Why Sponsor the National Gathering?
The 2027 National Gathering is a distinct, time-limited opportunity for Franciscans and Franciscan-hearted people to come together for formation, relationship, networking, and shared learning.
The actual cost to host each participant is approximately $1,000, while the registration fee is $450. Sponsorships help close this gap and support the full cost of delivering the gathering, including venue, staffing, programming, meals, hospitality, and event logistics.
Your partnership helps us keep the Gathering accessible to a broad community while delivering a meaningful, well-supported experience for all who participate.
Many congregations have already been generous to the Franciscan Federation Annual Fund this year. With gratitude for that support, we invite congregations, organizations, and partners to consider sponsoring the National Gathering through formation, education, or program budgets.
Our Sponsorship Goal
For the 2027 National Gathering, we seek to raise:
- 10 Sponsor One Attendee gifts of $1,000 each
- $75,000 in general sponsorships through Silver, Gold, and Presenting Sponsor gifts
- Pre-conference sponsor for our Third Order Synod of approximately $15,000-more information on this pre-conference coming soon!
- Total sponsorship goal: $100,000
All sponsorship tracks help make the National Gathering financially sustainable and ensure that more people can participate.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Recognition Includes:
- Premium 10×10 vendor table location
- Two complimentary full conference registrations, a $900 value
- Name and logo included in the printed program, on the event website, and in key conference branding
- Sponsored organization for a keynote session
- Verbal recognition during opening and closing remarks
- Featured social media recognition, including two to three posts before and during the event

- Standard Vendor Table
- One complimentary full conference registration, a $450 value

Help cover the full cost of one participant’s National Gathering experience. These gifts support the scholarship fund for young adults and lay employees of Franciscan institutions. Recognition includes:

The Franciscan Federation will be hosting a special invite-only Franciscan Third Order Synod in which Third Order Secular, Third Order Regular, and associates of Third Order Regular congregations will be invited to participate.
